David Mareček – The CEO of the Czech Philharmonic, music teacher, manager and pianist, he is one of the most interesting personalities in the Czech music world. His skills and experience are inspiring.
He offers the students of the Summer Music Academy assistance with the preparation of music projects in the form of a seminar – this course of the music academy is intended for music managers and active musicians who prepare real music projects (projects that are already under way or just before implementation – concerts, festivals…)
The application includes a brief description of the project, including a financial balance sheet. Teaching will be both individual and collective.
David Mareček is a graduate of the Janáček Academy of Music and Performing Arts in Brno, he was active at the Brno Conservatory, and subsequently as a dramaturge and director of Brno Philharmonic. Since 2011, he has been the CEO of the Czech Philharmonic. He is also a successful chamber musician.
