The main artistic personality of the project and one of the founders is the conductor and Kroměříž native, Tomas NetopilHe is behind the idea of ​​the academy, is its artistic director and prepares the festival's concert program.

The founder and president of the association is Jana Kubáčová, executive director of the Academy, and director of the Živý Zlín cultural center. She is responsible for the complete operation of the academy.  

Other founders and guarantors of the educational part are Ivona Krivankova, executive director of the Academy of Secondary Education of the Czech Republic, member of the board of directors of the Magdalena Kožená Foundation and director of the Primary School of Arts Kroměříž and director of the PJ Vejvanovský Conservatory Kroměříž Vaclav Krivanek.

The last of the founders is teacher, first bassoonist and inspector of the Zlín Philharmonic, Michal Kubac, who takes care of the technical security of the academy.
