Musical experiences will also highlight the beauty of the city of Kroměříž

Classical music in the backdrop of a beautiful historic city gives the Kroměříž Music Festival and the Summer Music Academy a completely unmistakable atmosphere. This year, the organizers have also chosen the Kroměříž Flower Garden , which is one of the most important garden works in the world and has been on the UNESCO World Heritage List since 1998, for the concert arrangements. It is therefore no coincidence that during the Kroměříž Music Festival, three concerts will take place there, which should certainly not escape the attention of classical music lovers.

The opening concert on Friday, August 12th will welcome visitors to the octagonal Baroque Rotunda with its rich interior fresco and stucco decoration. The extraordinary musical experience of the Gala Symphony Concert on Sunday, August 14th and the Closing Concert “The Return of Amadeus” on Friday, August 19th will be enhanced by the generous spaces of the classicist Greenhouse.

The piano recital by Ivo Kahánek and Nora Lubbadová , discussions with Václav Hudeček or Jiří Pavlica , the lecture Life at the Castle and student concerts are returning to the NADSKLEPÍ CINEMA (Milíčovo náměstí 488/2, Kroměříž) this year after a year.

Classes for participants of the Summer Music Academy then traditionally take place in the premises of the Kroměříž Art School and the PJ Vejvanovský Kroměříž Conservatory.
