Course content
- The course is taught in Czech.
- The content includes lectures, individual consultations and group consultations.
- The focus of the teaching is on the areas of: marketing, planning, financing, PR and promotion
- The teaching of ZUŠ projects takes place under the guidance of Irena Pohl Houkalová in an independent mode
- The academy includes a lecture on artificial intelligence tools for managers
- The course includes the opportunity to take a course in lighting and sound engineering in cooperation with the MFO (+ 1000 CZK/course in Olomouc)

- The price of the management academy for a student is 7.600 CZK.
- Accommodation and meals are NOT included in the course fee.
- Please indicate your interest in accommodation and meals in your application.

- If you are interested in securing accommodation, we only offer it on a fixed date from 13 to 21 August 2026, i.e. throughout the academy.
- The price is uniform and includes accommodation. in a dormitory-type room on Youth Center Štěchovice.
- Multi-bed room – total price per person for the entire stay 3.600 CZK / 155 €.
- Single Room (limited room capacity) – price per person for the entire stay 4.500 CZK / 190 €.
- It is also possible to choose breakfast and/or lunch with your accommodation. -sbreakfast in the dormitory dining room 100 CZK / day (only for residents), omeals in the dormitory dining room 160 CZK / day (only for residents).
- It is not possible to provide food in various dietary options, the dining room is open during the holidays.
If this date or type of accommodation does not suit you, it is possible to arrange accommodation individually at your own expense.
Irena Pohl Houkalová, director of the Magdalena Kožená Foundation
Irena Pohl Houkalová dedicated eight years to building the MenART Scholarship Academy and headed its classical music section. As director of the Magdalena Kožená Endowment Fund, she leads the nationwide ZUŠ Open festival and, together with her team, creates a number of projects connecting artistic education with cultural practice.
He is actively involved in the field of education, where he advocates for greater space for interdisciplinary cooperation, support for artistically gifted youth with social or health disadvantages, the importance of art for social sensitivity and social responsibility, and the role of the principal as a leader in education.

Marek Šulc, artistic director of the Smetana Litomyšl festival
Marek Šulc studied singing and music management at the Prague Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts . He was a member of the Schola Gregoriana Pragensis ensemble from 2004 to 2018. For many years, he was a member of the artistic council of the Lípa Musica festival and for fifteen years he was a presenter at Radio Classic Prague, where he also held the position of music director.
Since 2020, he has been a teacher at the Department of Music Production at HAMU and since September 2024, he has been the artistic director of the Smetana Litomyšl Festival.

Jana Kubáčová is the executive director of Academy Kroměříž and co-founder of the project.
Since 2022, she has also been the director of the cultural and creative center Živý Zlín , which she conceptually and organizationally set up. As a cultural manager and dramaturg, she has been dedicated to enlivening public space with art since 2016.
She participated in the birth of the Zuška?Zuška! brand , was the manager and co-founder of the Little Big Philharmonics and Little Big Actors projects . She also worked in the media sphere. In addition to cultural and charitable events, she has long been involved in art and educational projects and startups in the field of art and live culture.
